Roger J. Silvi
President

Mr. Silvi has more than 22 years of successful business and entrepreneurial experience, ranging from business ownership and management to strategic planning. Throughout his career, he has run his own companies, and handled numerous business sales, mergers and acquisitions. Because of his varied experience, he can efficiently complete business ownership transfers in a wide range of industries.

Roger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. He maintains licensing with the State of Michigan as a commercial Real Estate agent and is a licensed affiliate of the Business Broker’s Network - a national network of business brokers working together to maximize business opportunities for both buyers and sellers.

Leonard A. Kruszewski
Mergers & Acquisitions

Mr. Kruszewski brings an impressive background in telecommunications and acquisitions to The Milford Network. Since serving as the President and CEO of a $100 million telecommunications company, he has orchestrated a multitude of multi-million dollar business sales and acquisitions in a variety of economic environments.

His accomplishments include a noteworthy tenure as Chairman of a multi-company employee Pension Fund and he presently serves as the Education Chairperson for the prestigious SCI Conservation Club. Leonard’s expertise in larger deals makes him the ideal candidate to successfully bring together buyers and sellers working with investment groups and national lending institutions.

Jerry R. Abraham, Esq.
Legal

Mr. Abraham is a practicing attorney at law with Abraham & Rose, P.L.C. who now helps clients sort through the complexities of the legal world after a prestigious and recognized career with the Internal Revenue Service. He served the Internal Revenue Service as a Revenue Officer, Special Procedures Advisor, and an Estate and Gift Tax Attorney.

He gained extensive and specialized training and experience in the fields of federal taxation and complex property ownership issues. Jerry’s intimate knowledge of taxes and estate planning techniques make him a trusted “go to” person for strategies related to minimizing tax liabilities.

Leonard J. Witulski, C.P.A.

Mr. Witulski rounds out our team of advisors with his expertise in financial education, planning and accounting. Nationally recognized as an esteemed educator among fellow C.P.A.’s, in 1993 Leonard was named the Instructor of the Year by the AICPA and the MACPA.

He remains active in the continuing education sector of accounting by conducting seminars and workshops to accountants all over the country. He has helped thousands of clients through his seminars and the other courses he instructs for the various state societies. Leonard’s expertise in accounting issues helps sellers and buyers make educated decisions in matters involving their financial future.
